No light - No Power - Power supply is not receiving power from the main.Green - Power On - Power supply is plugged in and receiving power from the mains and the console is powered on.
Orange - Stand By - Power supply is plugged in and receiving power from the mains but the console has not yet been powered on.
Red - Power Supply Error-Power supply is plugged in and receiving power from the mains, but there is a problem preventing it from delivering power.
When your Xbox 360 has arrived at our store for repair, we will inspect the packaging and console to make sure that no damage has occurred in shipping. After the inspection of your console we will have our Senior Technician immediately diagnose your Xbox and give you a call and/or email so you are informed on the status of the repair. Depending on what repair package you ordered or need, affect the length of time we can get to it for repair. Most of our repairs are completed within 48 hours but we do offer Xbox 360 rush order and extended warranty service.
Your Xbox 360 repair order doesn’t need to be paid for until repairs are made but we do suggest that if you do order our Flat Rate Xbox 360 Repair package that you pay upon checkout to speed up the repair process. When payment has been made and Video Gaming Repair LLC has completed all repairs on your Xbox 360 we will ship your console back to you.
