-Blu-Ray Drive Error - Blu-Ray Drive Pairing Failure
Blu-Ray model or version does not match that of the version expected by the dashboard OR the firmware version on the drive is older then the firmware version expected by the dashboard. Make sure the Blu-Ray drive is of the same version originally included with the console and that it is using either the original firmware included with the console or newer.

After the inspection of your console we will have our Senior Technician immediately diagnose your PlayStation and give you a call and/or email so you are informed on the status of the repair. Depending on what repair package you ordered or need, affect the length of time we can get to it for repair. Most of our repairs are completed within 48 hours but we do offer rush order and extended warranty service.
Your PlayStation repair order doesn’t need to be paid for until repairs are made but we do suggest that if you do order our Flat Rate Repair package that you pay upon checkout to speed up the repair process. When payment has been made and Video Gaming Repair LLC has completed all repairs on your PlayStation we will ship your console back to you.
