How long will the repair take?
We understand the frustration you are having and in most cases we will repair within 48 hours of receipt of the console if it is shipped. We also have repair plans with RUSH orders. We can repair at our shop in as little as 1 hour depending upon the issue. If it is necessary to order an out of stock part it may take longer and you will be notified.
Do you warranty your repairs?
Most of our repairs are warranted for 90 days through 6 months for failures not resulting from obvious abuse or tampering. Our Refurbished Consoles are warranted for 3 months.
Why does my x box have red rings?
The red rings are from hardware failure and over heating problems.
How much does the repair cost?
Depending upon the repair necessary the cost will vary. Repairs start out at $39.99 for most consoles. Please visit our links for more pricing.
Should I send A/V cables, power cords, controllers, hard drive, etc.?
You only need to send the console itself for repair.
What if you can't repair my console?
We repair well over 95% of all x box 360, Playstation 3, and Wii problems. In the case that we can not repair your console we will refund your money (except shipping).
What if I opened my consoles or removed the warranty seal, can you still repair my x box?
Yes, we can repair all x box 360 no matter if they have been opened or not.
Why should I send my x box to you and not Microsoft?
Microsoft charges up to $150 to fix your x box 360 and they do absolutely nothing to fix the problem. In time it will red ring again.

Who pays for shipping my x box?
You will need to pay for shipping to our store-we pay the return shipping to you.
How do I ship my x box?
You can ship it any way that you would like using your preferred postal carrier. Please package carefully, we are not responsible for damage done during shipping.
How do I know when my x box is repaired?
Our service tech's will send a email to you as soon as all repairs have been completed and your x box has been sent.
