Norman Mier is a very highly recognized instructor in BGA rework as he has over 20 years experience in the field.

VGR uses the most up to date equipment to repair these systems right the first time. With our BGA rework station we have the power and control to Reflow/Reball the solder on the motherboards of these video game systems. With our equipment we can drop our temperatures within .05 Celsius to insure minimal damage to PCB and maximize life of BGA. Our equipment was tuned and tested by Norman Mier Master IPC Instructor.
